Staff is uninterested and condescending, bed is uncomfortable with sheets falling off all the time, the large bins out side of the guest rooms makes it looks very cheap, like stables. Breakfast was poor. I do not recommend it.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I discovered that €100 went missing from my room, presumably taken by housekeeping staff. This incident greatly impacted my overall impression of the hotel, overshadowing any positive aspects of my stay. I expected better security and honesty from a place of accommodation. The hotel’s management further compounded my frustration. After reporting the theft to the manager, I was told to wait a week for resolution. However, when the week passed, I was informed that nothing could be done. This lack of accountability and resolution from the management added to the disappointment of an already unpleasant experience.

Ideal location, right in front of the airport entrance. Service not great. Bathroom wasn't clean (found a used condom in the bin) and wasn't cleaned after we asked for it. Got a replacement room after all that though.

Nice hotel. Friendly reception👍. Nice place to stay and explore Rotterdam,Europoort, Maasvlakte and catch a plane at the nearby gate to many destinations in Europe🖐.

For me the quality of the bed and the price are the 2 most important things and they were very good! I can't give 5 stars as i didn't try the restaurant and the pressure of the water fails so we had to shower with warm/cold water changes. Room was very clean and the girls working at reception ( accept for a young, and a bit rude, boy) were very friendly.

I wish to try to save this hotel before it falls apart. The hotel itself is a good hotel just next to Rotterdam airport. It appears to be recently built and looks like a decent four star hotel for the most part. However there are some clear signs that it's already in rapid decline. The elevator will soon look like it's going to take you to a dodgy warehouse or something, and many of the walls are coverd in stains and scratches. Some information is only in dutch and there is apparently a ban on food delivery. It is to me almost inconceivable that a hotel feels entitled to decide what the guests can or cannot eat. On top of that it is phrased in a condescending and passive aggressive way. This is clearly incompatible with the principles of hospitality. The corporate office needs to pay a visit to this property before this becomes failed investment.

I did stay just one night unfortunately, but I did enjoy every bite of it. Really cozy and well furnitured room, parking available for 18€ per day. The only "pity" thing is that they don't have in the new structure the dinner/lunch/breakfast service, neither available as room service. Owever is possible to take those, at the relative structure in front of. Really fancy place and thumbs up for the staff courtesy and preparation. I will be back for sure!
